Radius Travel expands partnership with ITL World
The arrangement with ITL World, according to Radius Travel, which is considered to be the biggest TMC network in Europe, will "substantially enhance its customer support capabilities in the Middle East."
A well-established travel management company, ITL World has offices in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar. More than three decades have passed since the company first began.
We're happy to strengthen our collaboration with ITL World across the GCC, said Nicole Wilcock, vice president of global agency partners for CTM and Radius Travel (Gulf Cooperation Council). Many of our current and potential clients are expanding their businesses in this vibrant area.
We're very confident about our expanded customer offering in this strategic region because we made sure we had a partner who could meet their needs, whether they related to business travel, meetings, or events, with a focus on delivering excellent service, innovative technology, and a strong return on investment.
The expansion of the alliance with Radius and CTM, according to ITL World CEO Rafeeq Mohammed, will "strengthen" the Middle East's position in the corporate travel sector.
The travel business has clearly been impacted by the pandemic, but Mohammed predicted a strong comeback, especially in the GCC's corporate travel market.
Since the pandemic, "business travelers' and organizations' expectations have fundamentally changed; there is now a greater desire for differentiated experiences and customized solutions that are created for particular traveler needs."
In order to create a $7.6 billion worldwide TMC, CTM bought
US-based Travel and Transport in 2020, along with Radius Travel.
