Developed in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar) and Emirates Water and Electricity Company (EWEC), the project integrates a 5.2GW solar photovoltaic (PV) plant with an advanced 19GWh battery energy storage system (BESS). This cutting-edge facility will deliver 1GW of continuous renewable energy, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of clean power 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
